Very poor service and very high prices
For such a wealthy company they only are open 5 days a week and only one member of staff per shop My main complaint is the prices of command heroes in Middle earth Why you now cannot buy the models individually like before .so you have to pay 4x as much they have in the past employed very rude people with no social skills Including shop staff right up too some regional senior managers The shops use to be a community hub And the books use to show how to build scenery Every time they bring out new rule and profile books there are massive Errors and misprints They break there core rules on some profiles to sell more for more profit
