Excellent refund service
After initially having my order take far longer than I'd hoped to arrive, I was very happy with most of the clothes I'd ordered. However, for those clothes that I wanted to return, I received an offer of a discount to keep the clothes. I insisted I wanted a full refund. They processed this immediately, and told me to still keep the clothes. I've never come across a discount offer or been told to keep refunded clothes. A very sustainable option. Thank you
