I called because my carbon monoxide detector was out of date and beeping. I was told they needed to change it out but no appointments were available for a service tech so someone would call. No one called so the second day I called and explained I still had not received a call and was assured the supervisor would be calling soon. No call that day either so finally I got a call on the third day and the service tech came and replaced it. I did not expect immediate service but do not overpromise and under deliver. Just tell the customer someone will call in 48 to 72 hours.
