I want to help others avoid the experience I had with Baltic Born. I would not recommend them. Buying a dress for a special occasion should be exciting and enjoyable, but my experience was the opposite. Their return/exchange policy was extremely disappointing and made an already stressful situation worse. I truly wish I had read the reviews on BBB and other sites before purchasing. Please do your research before ordering so you know exactly what you’re getting into.
