Made a booking with Agoda
Made a booking with Agoda, got the confirmation and took our money. I arrived at the hotel with my 2 small children and there was no booking and no rooms available. The hotel said they deal only with Booking and don't know Agoda and they never got any confirmation with our names. I sent an email to them and I got a silly reply on one line. Sent a few other emails, but they never replied, they stole the money. More than the money, the stress with small children and no place to sleep. Agoda destroyed our holidays. The people at the hotel did their best. We were victims of fraud by Agoda. 1 month later and 6 emails and still no reply
