Terrible Company. Refuses to activate my purchased Sim card
Absolutely dishonest company. I purchased my 1 year physical sim card from Nellis Auctions, which is a seller for Amazon returns. When I tried to register it, it requires an invoice number from either the Infimobile website, Amazon, or Temu. Since I bought it at a different site, there was no invoice number that worked. I called their phone number which put me on hold forever before disconnecting me. That's unacceptable. I then tried the chat feature for customer service and they were absolutely no help. I was willing to send Infimobile my receipt for the auction (again from an authorized seller for Amazon) and they said that they can't do anything about it. They said they were "protecting their customers"! From what? Nothing on the packaging says that it must have been purchased at these places for a successful activation. I see this is a real rip-off and am deeply disappointed. Infimobile gets an "F" in my book.
