This was the fastest service change I have ever experienced. From the time to purchase a service plan online, send activation info, my phone immediately was requesting sim activation. So far I am impressed with the service and the plan pricing!

Ross from infimobile was quick, professional and patient with my questions.

Better support than Vz/att/t-mob

No jokes? Every single time I've called support it was great. Not just great? Better than support from all the big name phone companies. Today was no exception: Jack did a totally pro job of helping me switch from Verizon to T-mobile (I live in a canyon and VZ isn't ideal here). Totaly pro, easy to talk with, no nuances of requests missed.

I recently ran into an issue while renewing my plan and reached out to customer support through the chatbox. Maddy, the representative who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and dedicated. She patiently guided me step by step through canceling my current plan and renewing with a new one that better suited my needs. She also helped me request a refund, which I truly appreciated. I’m very grateful for Maddy’s professionalism, patience, and commitment to helping me resolve the issue. Infimobile is an affordable and reliable mobile service that I’ve been using for years, and I’m very happy with their service. I’ll definitely continue using Infimobile for many years to come! Highly recommend Infimobile, and especially Maddy for her outstanding customer service!

Avi's service was exceptional. Very polite and knows how to stay calm and collective. Resolved my data issue very quickly.

Plan renewal was painless!

Tom was very helpful in helping me understand my monthly data usage pattern. Based on the monthly data I was able to renew on a different plan that aligned with my usage. He also walked me through the renewal process and was able to answer all my questions. All in all, it was a great experience!

I find it is economic for Infimobile to…

I find it is economic for Infimobile to offer such a great deal, it has just enough data for the what I need for my second line. It is about 8 dollars a month and I paid up front so I don't have to worry about the monthly payment. I am very happy with it so far. I already have three lines for my family. Keep up the good work and hope in the near future that they can offer it little cheaper.

Customer Service

We had an issue with our sim activation, and it took three days of back and forth with different customer service members. At last, Frank was the one who helped finally solve our problem. It took one final hour, and the eSIM was finally installed. There was some frustration with the company wanting us to pay more money for another eSIM, but that was rescinded.

Had to switch from physical sim from android to esim on iphone

John from customer service was fantastic. He helped me switch from a physical SIM to an eSIM, and the transition was seamless. My only complaint is that I couldn't use my wallet's referral balance to cover the SIM transfer fee. Besides that minor issue, I am very satisfied with the support I received.

I had been struggling with connection issues involving group MMS messages and GIFs for several days, and Ross at Infimobile took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem. He was incredibly patient, professional, and determined to get to the root of the issue instead of rushing through the call. esim switch cost

I was not informed about the cost if I wanted to change my esim to another device. I was on the phone with a representative and it was not mentioned... Now I need to switch to another phone , infimobile wants to charge me 7$ ..

Having used other companies' wireless…

Having used other companies' wireless phone service, Infimobile is a much better service, and the call times are quick. I've been using Infimobile for almost 2 years and love it. They have smart techs like Frank that helped me recently. *****
