There is a customer service phone number for a low cost mobile service! How nice! I was helped by Alex, Frank, Manager AJ and one other staff, they are all very helpful to answer my questions and set up my service. I did not write review right away because I want to make sure the quality of cellular network is great. After using for a few days, I confirm that the quality is great. Good a great price for unlimited data and text, 10GB hi speed data. Customer service was fast and to the point to support renewal of the plan while I was having issues accessing the account since didn't recall the password and reset wasn't working as the line was not active due to expired plan.
