Sahil Bhatti is GREAT
Sahil Bhatti, via chat, walked me step by step switching 2 android phones to US Mobile. Verizon wasn't cooperating very well but Sahil stuck with me and made it happen. SUPER PATIENT!

Anything less than 5 stars was a lie. Second year using them and probably gonna stay here for a long time. Cheap plan, great, great, great customer service. I repeat, customer service is awesome. I've had no issue with USMobile for the 1 year I've been using as well. Recommended!
Hi Tho, Two years in and still five stars, that's exactly the kind of loyalty we love seeing. Really glad the pricing and support have held up for you this long. Thanks for sticking with us and for the recommendation!
## Customer Service ## The person I chatted with was very helpful, friendly, and competent! They assisted me with all my questions, and when our chat was interrupted the new person I was connected with connected me back to the first person I had chatted with. Thank you for the great support! ## Scam calls ## In the 2 hours that followed my SIM card activation I received FIVE scam calls (!!). I haven't used my phone number on any website and haven't updated my new phone number anywhere. I wonder where these scammers got my phone number from ...
Hi Zora, We're glad to hear our support team was able to make things easy for you. About the sudden spam hike, what happens is when you port a line, the number appears reachable in the broader phone network and the spammers just start to attack it. We have an add-on to get through this, Spam Protect: it's available on all three of our networks, but it works a bit differently depending on which one you're on. I've reached out to you via email to discuss a few options to get this done. We'd be happy to help get this sorted out.
My service was carried throughout multiple responders over some time but the service was excellent and I was back up and running by the end. Thank you!
Awesome experience by customer service rep Muhammad Muzammil. Had issues activating Cellular companion service on Apple Watch. Muhammad was patient as we went through the process, including unpairing/repairing the watch.
This is the best cell service in the industry. It is affordable, reliable, and comes with great customer service. I recommend this company to all my friends and family!
I've been having service with them off and on for the last couple years. Epic representation of the company polite customer service and prompt to answer. I can't thank them time and time again. I appreciate everything they do working very hard. Trying to get things fixed stuff put into notes so this way it'll be memorized later and trying to fix our problems with our lines. Also, not to mention the pricing too. Very very competitive to others especially being one out of two that has access to all three networks. Shout out to the amazing reps that has helped me time and time again over the years. Thank you and to your team and to the CEO himself. Thank you.
Hi Chris, A couple of years of coming back and getting consistently good support each time says a lot. Really glad our team has taken the time to actually note down your issues so things stay on track rather than starting from scratch every time. Thanks for the shoutout to the reps who've helped you along the way, and for sticking with us for so long!
I needed to contact customer service due to an issue with transferring my sim to a new device from physical to Esim. They were very patient, helpful and my issue was resolved quickly. Aside from this, I love their service and will continue to use US Mobile in the future
A waste of money and time—I prepaid for a full year for two different lines, and they cut off my data after 6 months of service on one line and 4 months on the other. The service was good while it lasted. I contacted customer service, but they didn’t resolve my issue. The last time, I spent five business hours on the phone with customer service trying to get it fixed, but nothing came of it. In the end, they didn’t even give me a refund for the remaining time, even though the problem was on their end. I would recommend that you stay away from this company. I lost 14 months of prepaid service across both lines, and I had to switch providers to get my data service back.
Hi Carlos - thanks for laying this out clearly. Prepaying for a full year on two lines and then losing data that early isn't the experience we want you to have, and five hours on the phone without a resolution shouldn't have happened either. We've already reached out to you directly via email about this as well. On the compensation side, our standard refund policy includes a 45-day window, and requests outside that timeframe aren't typically eligible. That said, let's first get your service working the way it should, and once that's confirmed, we're happy to look at what other options might make sense for your situation! We want the chance to make this right. We'll personally take ownership of your case and make sure you don't run into this again. Feel free to reach out anytime at [email protected] as well, we've got this handled.
TODAY I AM AGAIN VERY GRATEFUL FOR ANOTHER RESOLUTION TO MY ISSUE THROUGH THE CHAT WITH MHUHAMAD M. HE STUCK THROUGH SEVERAL MINUTES OF CHAT TO MAKE SURE I ENDED UP BEING ABLE TO USE MY PHONE AGAIN. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH FOR MY APPRECIATION OF HIS PATIENCE WITH ME THROUGH THESE MESSAGES. I HAVE BEEN WITH US MOBILE FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW AND IT IS BECAUSE OF THEIR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
Talha Munir, the customer service rep, was fantastic. I now have US Mobile and I am saving so much money!
5 stars for the customer service and thats without having the phone service yet. My only complaint is the starlink service. $85.00 for the month and when i finally recieved the equipment it works for two days and dies. When i vontacted starlink they said i had to buy a new device!!! Seriously? The equipment isnt even made well. Theres no ground plug on the devices cord which for something designed to be outside seems ridiculous. The dish part is just a big flat panel with gaps all the way around the seam that look like theyd easily let water in and the first time the power goes out it just stops working snd youre told you have to buy a new device even though its rented? So for my 85 dollars i got two days of slow internet that never even came vlose to the 200mbps it was supposed to be. That said i would still want the service but not when youll be stuck buying a new device everytime it rains or the power goes off in the neighborhood because apparently starlink doesnt stand behind their shoddy equipment which is rented anyway and expects you to buy new ones every time it dies because they dont even ground the device in the outlet and the receiver panel is seperating all the way around it in a seam that should be watertight not have a very obvious gap that can let water into the panel. So for 380 dollars and twelve days later all ive hotten is two days of slow internet and told that i have to buy a new receiver. Im starting to question if it even is satellite as this equipment looks like it would have a difficult time connecting to cellular which is probably what it runs on let alone space.
Hi Sean, We’re really glad to hear our customer service has made a positive impression, and we appreciate you bringing the equipment-related concerns to our attention Although the hardware side of the service is handled directly by Starlink, we’ve already escalated the matter as discussed since you reached out to us, and our team is continuing to work through the available next steps. We’ll keep you updated as we have more information on this matter. We truly value your trust in US Mobile and appreciate the opportunity to stay involved and support you through this.
Sameer was extremely helpful. I will remain a customer because of his service
Based on their reply I have lowered this from 2 to 1 stars as their reply shows that they have no integrity. For being on Trust Pilot and having them response from a PR perspective, it is interesting how untrustworthy the company actually is Unless US Mobile is referring to chat that continued over email where they stated "The system only allows the $199 promotional rate to be applied when activating a new line or porting a new line into US Mobile; it cannot be overridden for an existing line."; then they have not emailed me like they said. Original: While I initially loved US Mobile for their pricing & great service ~2 years ago when I started using them, they have steely declined in customer service. They service & organization only seems, based on actions, to care about new customers. Once you are a customer, you are told that you care, but new customer will get all the best service & offers Since every company wants new customers, US Mobile is no longer a company to keep your business with
Hi Michael, We understand where you’re coming from, especially after being with US Mobile for around two years. Longtime customers are incredibly important to us, and we don’t want you to feel like the best opportunities are only available to people discovering us for the first time. There’s actually an important distinction here: you don’t have to be a new US Mobile customer to take advantage of this offer. The promotion is available to existing customers as well when adding a qualifying new line or bringing in a new number. So rather than being something you’ve missed out on as a longtime customer, this is an opportunity you can still take advantage of. We’ve already followed up with you via email to make sure you have all the details and can take advantage of the offer if it works for you. We’d genuinely love to keep earning your business and show you that being a longtime customer doesn’t mean you’re left on the sidelines. If you need anything else, you can also reach us at [email protected].
US Mobile has a great program that allows you try the three network for free during the first two months. I always thought WARP had the broadest coverage until my internet went down after a storm. WARP does not have any 5G signal inside my house. So I tool advantage of the free trial and tried Dark Star which works fantastically inside my home. I think the ability to choose from three different networks from one carrier to suit your situation is priceless.
The best customer service, he was extremely helpful and patient as I asked a million questions. Was very kind and helped me with each question. Definitely a 10/10 experience.
I made the switch from T-Mobile to US Mobile. I was apprehensive at first, but porting my number over was effortless. The service so far has been excellent. I think it's awesome to be able to have all three major networks to choose from and the multi-network add ons make the transition seamless. The customer service is top notch. They're always able to answer whatever questions I have and they reply quick when you're chatting with them online. I have nothing but good things to say about US Mobile.
⭐ **1 Star** Very disappointing customer service experience with US Mobile. Getting a clear answer from support can take an extremely long time, and simple issues can turn into hours of back-and-forth. Their phone customer service is also extremely slow. It can take a very long time before someone answers the phone, and once you finally reach someone, the conversation can easily last over an hour just to get a simple issue resolved or receive a clear answer. Today I changed one of my lines from a Shared Data Pool to the $10 Light Plan. The checkout page clearly showed **“Total Due Now: $0.00”** and said the new plan would start on **August 23**, yet immediately afterward I saw a **$10 US Mobile transaction** on my credit card. What should have been a simple plan change became confusing and frustrating. US Mobile may have competitive prices, but their customer service and billing communication need serious improvement.
We really appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. We understand that having to spend hours going back and forth just to get a clear answer isn’t the experience you should have to deal with, and it’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We’ll make sure that moving forward, you’re getting a smoother experience with clearer and more helpful support. On the $10 charge, there’s one important detail we’d like to clarify. When a line is scheduled to move from a Shared Data Pool to an individual plan, the payment is processed when the change is scheduled, while the new plan itself begins on the scheduled date. In your case, that means the $10 charge and the August 23 start date are both expected, they simply represent two different parts of the plan change. Where we do see a reason to take a closer look is the “Total Due Now: $0.00” shown during checkout. That should have reflected the $10 being charged, so we’d like to understand why the checkout screen displayed something different. If you still have a screenshot of that checkout page, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] with the screenshot and your line number or account email. We’ll be happy to take a closer look and make sure you get the clarity you were looking for.
I signed up with US Mobile on their 30 days trial, and in a couple of days they flagged and disabled my account for "irregular usage." No one ever explained to me what that means, but it made my service unusable - I couldn't text or call. So, I requested port info to transfer my line to Consumer Cellular, which I used in the past. The process was such a hassle, and I was on the phone and on chat for hours. As I am writing this review, my line is still in limbo. Not only will I avoid US Mobile in the future, but I will alert my family and friends to stay away from this company and the lengthy waits they put customers through before reaching a human being! And they still have yet to spell out what they mean by "irregular usage." Could it be using the GPS to find the address for a fishing spot?
UPDATED: They seem to not understand this review describes their offer perfectly. The replied to my review just restating what i said, that you have to cancel your service with your current cell carrier to use US mobiles "trial". Thats not a trial. That's switching your cellular carrier with your first 30 days free. They even further make my point by commenting that they dont lock you in. You're free to switch providers at anytime. That still means you have to close your current cellular service to try US mobile. You give your whayever plan you had and whayever deals you had and will likely owe your carrier money immediately if you had your phone in a payment plan. They call it a no risk free trial. The point of an esim trial is thay you can actually TRY the service without having to move all of your servoce to them. This company offers a scam 30 day trial. this isnt a trial. its 30 days free. you HAVE to use us mobile after 30 days or switch to a brand new provider because you cant go back to the provider you had. signing up for this trial requires porting your phone number which requires closing your original provider account. absolutely deceptive scam to get people stuck so they have to keep using this company.
Hi Jeffrey, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We want to add some context here since the trial works a bit differently than what's described. Porting your number in during the trial lets you test our actual network and coverage with your real number, rather than a temporary or secondary one, so you get a true sense of how the service performs before committing. If you decide to move on after the 30 days, you're not locked in with us. We'll provide the account details you need and support you in porting your number out to another provider. You can check out our full trial terms and conditions at www.usmobile.com/get-started (bottom left of the page). Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] if you'd like a hand with any of this.
