Customer Service

I just signed up today so I cannot rate the plan, but I will say the customer service is top notch. Feroze Rashid stuck with me through all my tech illiteracy and would not let me give up until I had my phone connected to the network. I really appreciate their patience and diligence that finally led to a successful outcome.

I had a problem adding my esim to my phone. I was assisted by service rep Affan who did really well. Affan was very prompt to resolve my issue. The instructions given were easy to understand. Affan was also very patient with me. I am very happy with the service I received from Affan.

I wanted to switch plan types…

I wanted to switch plan types the day my cycle renewed. I contacted support to inquire about a refund/upgrade my plan. The first agent was very slow and eventually I had to leave before the process was completed, but they had all the info needed to complete it and had indicated there would be no issues. This was wrong. They left my account in a bad state. I had to contact support a 2nd time and Shamail quickly fixed things and got my refund/upgraded plan going in a fraction of the time the first support person was taking.

Always top-notch customer service!

I've been with US Mobile for almost a year now and every time I've received excellent support from every single support staff. The plans are so affordable and exactly what I need, and I appreciate they offer budget low-data plans for people like me and my family members (we often feel forgotten or not valued with other mobile companies). Recently I had to chat with 3 agents due to my phone being stolen, so I needed to transfer my number, snooze my account and then wake it up. The process was so slick, and they allowed me to use an existing extra SIM I already had, all done online so conveniently! All 3 agents I worked with these past couple days were excellent, and the most recent agent, Ashhad Owais, went above and beyond to make sure I got set up and the line was fully working before he would sign off. He also made every transaction so convenient for me and took care of the payment and reactivation of the line. It was not a fun situation to be in, but he made it lighter and I felt well-supported with a kind, empathetic human on the other side, which is so refreshing now that more companies rely increasingly on AI and chatbots.

Rayan Afdri turned a stressful nightmare into a breeze! 5 Stars.

Being robbed of my phone was one of the most stressful situations I have been through in a long time; however, the customer service I experienced from Rayan Afdri at US Mobile could not have been better. I needed my IMEI number blocked right away to keep all my information safe and Rayan did it for me within minutes with incredible professionalism and true empathy. It is not easy to encounter customer support people who are knowledgeable as well as compassionate at the same time. Thanks to Rayan’s ‘above and beyond’ help, I will be their customer for life. (To be honest, I chose to become US Mobile customer because of their customer service reputation and now it seems that I was right).
