Better support than Vz/att/t-mob
No jokes? Every single time I've called support it was great. Not just great? Better than support from all the big name phone companies. Today was no exception: Jack did a totally pro job of helping me switch from Verizon to T-mobile (I live in a canyon and VZ isn't ideal here). Totaly pro, easy to talk with, no nuances of requests missed.
