Better Late than never
Really cool product but they charge expedited processing and shipping and state that it will only be 1-3 days and mine has been 10 days and it still hasn't shipped. I've also received next to no communication from them about my order. ** Quick update on this review. I have adjusted the rating from a 2 to a 4. The company has reached out and I am receiving the item tomorrow. I do wish the company would have better communication and provide tracking for the packages in the future. It is a really cute product and I am excited to give it.
