Very Impressed with Gosoftware
First Off, I am very skeptical about purchases on the internet, however I did pur have this Office Homw and Business 2024 from gosoftware at Groupon. That said I felt it was a trusted site. That said I was still unsure. However when I had trouble with the activation of the software I sent an email to gosoftware and got a very nice Indian gentleman on the phone by the name of Jay. Jay had walked me through the first email I got, he helped me Identify my License Number and he also connected to my computer to help me properly install it. Again, while im always skeptical it was a pleasant experience and we chatted about many things including US and India relations etc. Throughout the whole time Jay pleasantly assisted with the installation of the Software as well as giving me some friendly tips on how to properly eliminate oe flush our temp files/junk files feom my system. He actually did it himself. He further helped me uninstall old version of Norton and Macafee where I needed to subscribe and never did. The system seemed to work more smoothly and I have to say Im pleasantly suprised of the Customer Service from Gosoftware. This is what I look for as an American making a purchase feom a Foreign seller. That is a high level of professionalism and customer service and tgat is what Mr. Jay delivered.
