The sign up process was very simple. Obviously it will be 6+ months before I see results according to the statements I had to agree to when signing up, so I can't comment on the effectiveness yet. If I were to improve anything, I would have appreciated better instructions on how to apply the product. I imagine the process is much simpler if you have little hair or very, very short hair. However it didn't seem quite as easy with hair that was several inches long and took a bit more research on my part as opposed to just reading the included directions. I did contact support about a promotion code I forgot to enter when signing up. They were quick to respond and very helpful offering to apply it to my first refill which was fine with me. It was a nice first interaction with the team which I appreciate.
