Disappointed with my order
Disappointed with my order. We ordered four pairs of shoes but only received two. What makes this even more concerning is that the package was labeled and showed a weight as if all four pairs had been included. The package was clearly not large enough to reasonably hold all four pairs, and the shipping label showed a package weight that we provided as evidence. Despite showing the seller the package size and the weight on the shipping label, which supported that only two pairs could have been inside, the seller issued a $0 refund and then closed the case. The way this was handled has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend thoroughly documenting your package, including its size, weight, and contents, if you order from this seller.We contacted the company regarding the two missing pairs, but we still have not received the shoes or a refund for the items we never received. The payment was processed and we paid the full amount even after disputing it with klarna. I expected better customer service and accountability.
