I used Tazapay as payment gateway for international payments for 6 months. I am in business for more than 12 years. Had a bad experience. Never expected they would freeze my account for 6 months. No notice. Cannot login. They are not saying what is the Compliance issue even after emailing the 2 to 3 emails to Customer Care I had for about 10 days. Couple of weeks back they contacted me back. Told me the reason for compliance issue. Fixed the issue and enabled my account saying i should keep a deposit with them for $ 300 for three months. After 3 months they will release the deposit. Happy that my account is re-enabled.
not getting all queries answered by email
I have queries that i email. I don't get answer to all of them. If i could get the answers, i want to stream line my work around tazapay and settle with them as my payment gateway. ... Sandeep got in touch me me. He answered all my queries and helped me where i got stuck. I think i should be able to stream line my initial hicupps and be all set.
