They promise lowest price garauntee
They promise lowest price garauntee, but when I found the hotel I booked through tiket.com on booking.com for nearly 400,000idr less and filed a claim with tiket.com they refused my claim and wouldn’t honor their own policy. I will never use this company again. They are scammers and lie they do not honor their own policy always finding a way to screw the customer over. Do yourself a favor and use any company but tiket.com Worst customer service and absolute scam.
