CityPASS for a Chicago trip
We purchased our CityPASSes for a long weekend trip to Chicago in June 2026. We went for the higher priced version so we could include 5 activities (although we actually fit in a 6th). The PASS was so easy to use. I downloaded the app and was able to quickly reserve tickets when needed for reserved tickets- like the Architecture Boat Tour or the Art Museum. I could do this days in advance for some, while simply show my ticket for others and be immediately allowed entrance. There were express lines at some of the locations to allow even faster entrance. My only criticism is that with the PASS there are automatically two places included and then your choice of 3 others. Very inconvenient since I would have preferred to have made ALL my own choices without having to sacrifice one of the options for something I would rather have skipped ( it caused me to have to pay full price at the 6th place that I would have chosen instead of one "included"). HOWEVER, the pricing makes it a MUST HAVE when traveling to a city like Chicago.
