The communication was effective at each stage of the puppy's movement. The only thing I want to mention is that the transport was late. However, they called and said they would be late. Upon giving the puppy to me, the other person sprayed it, which was overwhelming. It was a negative mark for my review. Please tell them that the dog spray is too much for the little pups and the new owners. .
