Two things that were disappointing: 1) MOST of the items paid extra for were for a BIG dog not one that will be 8lbs full grown. 2) The microchip that cost an extra $125 is worn around her neck in which someone could easily remove. Our pup is only 3.2lbs right now.
I suspect I purchased Moose (mini goldendoodle) from Amish family in Indiana. As soon as he arrived at my house he had kennel cough and parasites. And now, Moose is fearful of everything and everyone but Me. He does not fetch as the breeder claimed to be. He is scared of balls, does not play much. He hides a lot and he is very much anti-social. Moose just started Puppy school because of it. Trainer said its going to take bit of time for Moose to get out of his fearness. I wasnt planning on spending more $$$ but I have to only because I want Moose to be a happy dog. I can think of 2 things. Either the mom or dad dog has anxiety genetics which can inherit the genes or Moose spent a lot of time in the cage at the breeder. I saw a video of Moose and saw the Amish people in it. Many Amish do sell dogs strictly for $$$ not passion. I truly think Puppyspot need to dig in deeper to make sure the breeder facility is clean, safe and not caged. Also, check on mom and dad dog. Initially after the contract was signed and the fee was paid, I received no contact from anyone as to the next step. I had to call to initiate the communication. I spoke to "Lisa" from PuppySpot and she got the ball rolling. Everything after that was perfect, smooth, and I received daily updates. I would definitely recommend PuppySpot!

This was my second puppy purchase in 1 year. This puppy Zoey I purchased for my daughter and granddaughter. I was expecting the same amazing process as when I purchased my puppy but this time I was disappointed in the handling of the delivery situation. I received a call from a woman who was not very friendly when there was a delivery problem. I’m disappointed with how she treated me. I must really applaud the delivery drivers, Dallas and Dacvid, who went above and beyond to make our puppy delivery wonderful. Dallas snd David from the Delivery Service are real assets to their company. They deserve 10 stars each!!!

100% pleased with our new puppy as well as delivery service and medical communication. Not pleased at all with 3 kits of materials we were sold to use with Baxter. None of kits had any guide as to what was in them or how they might be used. I called customer service and was told they would email information but they never did. We have ended up throwing about half the items away and feel we wasted close to $400.

UPDATE: After initially leaving my review, I was contacted directly by the company regarding my experience. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained that there had been a technical issue that contributed to the lack of communication, and assured me they are making adjustments to improve communication moving forward. I really appreciate that they reached out personally and made an effort to make things right. They also provided me with a partial refund for the inconvenience, which I was not expecting but definitely appreciated. Most importantly, our furry friend arrived safely and we absolutely love him! While the communication during the process could have been better, I’m very happy with how the company handled my concerns afterward. They acknowledged where things went wrong, took responsibility, and made an effort to correct the situation. That means a lot to me and completely changed how I feel about the overall experience. 5 stars based on the puppy. She’s very well socialized and greated and played immediately after arriving. After purchase the amount of after sales for buying became nothing more than spam. This became over whelming buy buy buy. We did purchase the started box which should NOT be mandatory is way over priced. This, was over priced and only contained one nice blanket and one usable toy as we purchased a mini Dachshund. Hats off to the breeder who did an excellent job with this puppy that adjusted almost immediately and is in excellent health. Would we buy again yes from this breeder. As far as delivery it couldn’t have run any smother. Very good communication and kept us well informed. To top it off my sneaky wife got her for our 48th weddings anniversary thru our granddaughter under the bus to cover her tracks and keep it a secret.
