It was a very good experience. Everything went smoothly as of right now we are going to the veterinarian on Monday. Make sure everything‘s OK. Sometimes on the weekends. The staff was a little hard to understand other than that everything was great.

I love the dog. She came as specified. The purchase was easy. I was a little disappointed with the communication about when I would receive Kyra. I think it took a month for her delivery. She was 9-10 weeks when I purchased her and she’s 14 weeks when we got her. Really wasn’t given a clear answer to why it was taking so long. Also, was told they’d email me the following day after talking with puppy spot and they never did. I had to call you back. She is adorable and happy to have her. Thank you Elizabeth Nazarenko

Website was great. Easy to use and explore Customer service was very disappointing. We were strung along trying to get a pick up date scheduled We kept getting pushed off. When we finally met the breeder to pick up our puppy she told us the communication about us scheduling to pick up our puppy was also difficult from her end. She had called several times as well to get updates.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Puppyspot! We appreciated the very quick response to any and all emails and the breeder must have loved our puppy ! We purchased a mini goldendoodle , she is sweet and the information the breeder sent along with a little blanket with her moms scent and food to start was appreciated ! The delivery service was excellent and kept in touch all along the way and we have a beautiful happy heathy puppy!

Breeder was not who I thought they would be. When I picked up my puppy after a 9 hr drive he smelled so bad that I was gagging. Needless to say the smell inside my vehicle was disgusting.

The overall process was fairly smooth and Puppyspot really did a great job with their customer service helping us navigate any questions or particular challenges regarding the adoption process along the way. We are delighted with our new puppy, she came with good health and all her paperwork was up to date as per her profile. The delivery process was excellent, with constant communication from the courier, the delivery was very well prepared and right on schedule. Frequent contacts were very helpful. Delivery was perfect and right on time. Dog was exactly what I ordered. She is alert and she bonded with me immediately. As is to be expected, she has accidents in the house despite frequents outdoor opportunities and she is teething. I will be glad to get through this stage. She fusses when apart from me.
