Website was great. Easy to use and explore Customer service was very disappointing. We were strung along trying to get a pick up date scheduled We kept getting pushed off. When we finally met the breeder to pick up our puppy she told us the communication about us scheduling to pick up our puppy was also difficult from her end. She had called several times as well to get updates.
