My puppy is such a blessing to me that I’m glad I found puppy spot. There were a few delays because of a necessary quarantine to be sure that my puppy Lexie who I renamed Chloe would be in good health to be delivered to me. The delivery person Suzanne drove across the country and delivered my beautiful puppy to my front door in perfect health. I don’t regret paying the price for such a special little puppy that’s brought me so much happiness and laughter to my life. I want to add some more about my puppy Chloe formerly Lexie . When I first saw her picture I fell in love with her the first time I saw her sweet little face! In her pictures she looked so much bigger and when Suzanne brought her to my home and I saw her for the first time, she was so tiny it was amazing how little she is! But the minute she was put in my arms to hold her she immediately gave me a kiss by licking my face and snuggled up to me immediately. We bonded immediately and little Chloe is always snuggling up with me and likes her tummy rubbed! Every time I leave the room for a few minutes and return, she jumps up and down and is excited to greet me and gives me kisses every time. She’s the most loving little puppy and so tiny and delicate and she fills my heart with so much love which fills my life with happiness when I was always alone and lonely before, but the loneliness is gone and my little Chloe is my best friend and fills my heart with love and affection and the most precious love for a puppy I have ever known!

Our puppy arrived only 1 hour past the original specified time which is darn good for a cross country multiple pet drop off. Delivery drivers were polite and expedient and arrived in a nice air controlled Mercedes van. Cyrus arrived happy and well taken care of and on his second day home is eating, drinking & defecating normally and even learning how to navigate the multiple steps around our home. We’re ALL happy campers!

PuppySpot was a great liason for us. And the breeder did a fantastic job raising our little puppy. Well acclimated and extremely friendly to all. Puppyspot must support good breeders, and their coordinated transport was fantastic. Could have used a lot less push for pet insurance (but that's just me). Recommend this service overall. This experience was absolutely amazing! I almost thought it was too good to be true, but they nailed it out of the park!! They did everything for us, kept us in communication, and gave us a lot of tips and resources. The drover came to our door even though we chose the option to meet them) which was absolutely amazing! Everything was great. Delivery, dog smelled bad. After 2 days he had to be bathe. Otherwise he seems to be doing fine. Eats little. He goes to the vet on Tuesday. Other wise it was a great experience. The vender keep pushing their service on you.

The only problem I had was when I bought the puppy I specified I was unavailable the week of June 13th to June 20th. They assured me that would back out those dates. That did not happen and I had to wait three more weeks to get the puppy. Puppyspot reached out to me and was very sorry about the miscommunication. I would use them again, just would make sure I get written confirmation about exceptions.

With my little dog passed away this past December, I started looking for another pet. I tried looking on my own and all the different Havanese websites. I try to get a rescue but could never find what I wanted through there. So then I saw puppy spot and I went out there and I kept looking and looking over the next four or five months. And then all one day I went out there and look I saw this little guy right here that I got adopted and I couldn't be more pleased. Puffy spot was was really good they was up front they was honest I trusted them. And they delivered my little man this past Friday the 11th of July 10th of July and I love him to death already. I would recommend anyone that wanted to find a pet and didn't want to get spam or scammed or whatever to go through puppyspot.
