The communication was effective at each stage of the puppy's movement. The only thing I want to mention is that the transport was late. However, they called and said they would be late. Upon giving the puppy to me, the other person sprayed it, which was overwhelming. It was a negative mark for my review. Please tell them that the dog spray is too much for the little pups and the new owners.

It took them 4 weeks to get the puppy. I asked for an 8 week old puppy. We received her 3 days before she was 12 weeks. They rescheduled us less than 12 hours from expected delivery 2 times. We were very disappointed.

Excellent and constant communication regarding our pupper - how he was doing, updates on when we could pick him up, etc. Delivery was excellent, and the delivery men were very professional.

Delivery was timely and accurate. The customer service provided incorrect information and told me that a small amount of food would also be supplied. No food was provided. Also the incorrect photo of the puppy I purchased was sent to me as part of an email response which was concerning.

PuppySpot was great to work with to get our puppy. All the people I talked to were knowledgeable and very friendly. They cover everything needed to adopt a puppy. The transportation company was also great! Best of all we received a very, healthy and happy puppy!

Dog selection is awesome. I couldn't have ask for a better dog.... They need to tone down on the everyday emails, pressuring to purchase pet insurance. The Bainfield free exam, it not totally free, they charged a $73 office visit... Other then that, it was a plesent expeience. Their pet courier is awesome, puppy spot staff is very polite....
