PuppySpot doubles the price of the puppies that the breeder list them at to profit. Get the name of the breeder and google search their kennel yourself. You will find the breeder and the same exact puppy will be so much less and most of the breeders can set up transportation at a much lower cost. Do NOT purchase a puppy through PuppySpot. They are a complete scam. I know this because I worked for them for years. They have no idea how to run a company and after you spend thousands on the puppy it’s nearly impossible to get ahold of a person. Please trust me and do not support this company.

We were not informed our puppy was given felbendazole which I saw on the records when he arrived. I’m with this information I would have taken him to the vet sooner because he had diarrhea day 1 I got him which he tested positive for Giardia. Puppy also was taken to the vet prior to arrival but no lab reports were provided so unsure about why he got felbendazole (which I am assuming is Giardia). Once again no communication. He’s peeing an insane amount since we got him so tom him to vet where they performed a U/A. Still waiting for results. With chaperone delivery emails were saying a crate would be provided but none was provided.

I was hesitant to purchase a puppy online due to all the scams out there but Puppyspot truly was a fantastic experience and I am picky lol! My puppy concierge Toni Perlog was so knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process was efficient and every step was accounted for. Our puppy is exactly as described and perfect!! Great Experience with Puppy Delivery Service, Healthy Puppy, but Needs More Transparency I want to start my review by saying everything went seamlessly, and I’m very happy with my puppy! She was delivered on time, healthy, and well-adjusted. Even though my experience was overall excellent, I believe PuppySpot could improve in a few areas. My feedback comes from a place of wanting to see the company continue to grow and improve—not from dissatisfaction. That being said, I would have appreciated more transparency throughout the process. While everything ultimately turned out exactly as promised, I found myself doing a significant amount of my own research on the breeder, USDA inspections, and paperwork. I later learned that my breeder operated at a commercial level, and I would have appreciated having that information available before making my purchase so I could determine whether the facility aligned with my personal values. A detailed breeder profile, including onsite photos of where the dogs are housed and raised, would go a long way toward easing purchase anxiety. There was very limited information available about my breeder prior to delivery, and providing more information up front would help build trust and confidence. Additionally, I would like to see more transparency during transport. More detailed tracking updates, such as the driver’s location or occasional photos along the journey, would have made the experience feel more personal and reassuring. Overall, I had a great experience, and I’m truly grateful the process ended with a healthy, happy addition to our family. Puppy spot did surprised me with a free complimentary coupon to a local reputable veterinary to waive new patient exam fees. I appreciate the savings as my puppy was delivered with all her age appropriate shots, deworming and initial vetting/ fecal reports but she will be due for fallow through to be fully and complete at 12-14 weeks which is very standard and reflects zero on the breeder or puppyspots health guarantee infact it helped me to feel they are truly committed to your dogs health and success overall.
