Delivery was on time and actually a little early, which was great. I spoke with Michael on the phone who was very helpful and then Ian was very helpful as well. Very happy with my choice of Charlotte as she is the most beautiful French bulldog I have ever seen. PuppySpot was great to work with. Marion is a top breeder.

This was an awful experience. Everything went smoothly when ordering the puppy (aside from the very high price), but with that cost we were hoping for some level of service. We had a delivery date booked, then the day before arrival we were notified that the puppy was actually coming two weeks later, even though we had just received confirmation she would be arriving in a day that morning. Instead of reaching out immediately to figure out the situation with us, I had to call numerous times to get ahold of anyone who could shed any light on the situation. Every time I called I was told “sorry our manager isn’t available, or he is in a meeting, or on lunch break.” It was beyond frustrating. After we rearranged our vacation and completely re worked our schedules, the puppy did arrive perfect and healthy (thank goodness). We are so in love with our puppy, but going through PuppySpot was a mistake.

The delivery was fine, we were told they would call before arriving. We ended up calling to see if everything was OK since we did not receive a call and that's fine. Our issue is when we took Kai ( website his name was Toby) his result came back with Giardia. With this parasite it is not an easy thing to get rid of. It's a shame if they actually check for deworming it would have came back positive. Poor little thing having to be put on medication so young. I do believe puppyspot, should investigate the breeders and even send someone to go to these breeders and see how clean they are and how many dogs they actually have. Also we were told he is on Nutri Source and this could be purchased at Chewy. They do not carry this dog food. You can only buy it from Walmart or Amazon online. The information to new puppy owners is automatic sent by emails. So as you are the broker, I believe you should check the information before sending it out. In all we love our Shih Tzu and the person I enjoyed talking with was our agent from Fetch insurance. I think if I had to do all over again, I would not purchase all the extras. The car harness is way too big and I doubt he will ever fit in it, and for the price they charge the feeding tray for the bowls are made out of cheap plastic. Here is a suggestion add a rubber mat to put the bowls on top of. Recieved a call from Puppy Spot, spoke with William very happy with the outcome of our conversation. All of my concerns were addressed and since we cannot use the car kit we purchased a refund will be issued. I appreciate his concern with Kai and they would contact the breeder to have the rest of her puppies checked. I was actually pretty shocked they actually called since I read so many reviews from other customers stating they never received calls with their issues. Their concerns for Kai really is appreciated and for the company to listen to their customers concern and suggestion is appreciated. Thank you William for listening and understanding.

I was told that it will take 3 to 4 weeks before I can have my puppy, it did. I was kept updated with my new puppy until she got delivered to us.

Paid thousands for a dog. Have been paying thousands in medical bills he’s 6 now. Just want to bring awareness to PuppySpot for puppy mills . I found out a few years later about the so called breeder. Articles posted about them. PuppySpot only out for the money. Don’t buy from them. Bloody stools on and off his entire life now seizures thousands paid for medical

My experience with PuppySpot is great. William called and was very helpful. He introduced me to the breeder (by phone) and my questions were all answered. Suzette (Suzi) was renamed because Annie was too close to another family pet name. Suzi came via Premier Pet Transport. Her drivers were kind and professional. She is adorable, happy, house trained, healthy and loves our family. Of course, we fell I love with her immediately.

We are very happy with our puppy. The only thing that made this a less than desirable experience were the inconsistencies in scheduling. While we are very happy to have our puppy, he came a week sooner than they communicated, and also on an entirely different day than communicated. All problems were fixable, but It did add a bit more chaos in our life and we were expecting a streamlined experience.
