Terrible Customer Service
Shipping guidelines not clear, claimed 5-6 days on the order confirmations email, item is going to arrive very late as a gift and customer service not interested, no refund offered or help with the inconvenience. Only option provided was to ship the item back to them at my own expense (United Kingdom to California!) Extremely poor customer service. Avoid at all costs
