Purchased a Ray-Ban and received within a week in Singapore from Hong Kong. Status update on shipping had been prompt. Eventually had to returned and received refund after they have received it. The only downside is that return shipping has to be paid by ourselves which may be problematic if you are staying in a country far from Hong Kong. Other than that, response from the customer service staff Katherine & Jonathan has been prompt. They would usually respond within the day, or latest by the next day.
