Leaking roof
I drove from Washington to Las Vegas to buy a inclosed 20' car carrier which i placed a hold on. After showing me the trailer and a few other similar I decided to buy the more expensive one because it was shown to have a 1 piece roof that said "OUR TRAILERS DON'T LEAK-PERIOD" Turns out it is neither 1 piece, (1st rain) nor doesn't leak. It took 3 weeks to repair the roof, where a lot of what I was told in Vegas turned out not to be true.
