Gazebo delivered 3+ weeks ago and no assembly scheduled to date. I call every single day and the status remains the same- they're trying to reach out to an available technician & are unable to reach him/her?! Each day I'm promised a call back from the district coordinator, which never happens. Terrible customer service- find a local contractor if unable to assemble your purchase on your own BUT DO NOT USE GO CONFIGURE.
