Great experience
I recently organised a group-buy from some Taobao stores for myself and a couple of friends. The BaoHero website is very user-friendly and easy to understand and the option to upload images as well as .xls spreadsheets makes the process of communicating exactly which items you want to purchase so smooth. The BaoHero team worked quickly and were very responsive to queries and were able to resolve an issue with the purchasing of two items that weren't able to be shipped from China to the UK. Although the process took longer than I had anticipated, my package arrived unharmed (though there was a little damage to the outside of it from the usual shipping and handling process) and everything was present and as requested. Now that I've used BaoHero once, I'll definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend you using them too.
