I live in Argentina. I bought several Stirling engines and several steam engines. I had problems starting a couple of them. I sent them my inquiry along with photos and videos. They answered me in detail, step by step, explaining what I should do and they solved the problem. Both the quality of the engines and the after-sales service are excellent.
