Absolute scammers!!!! Take your money, they input my address wrong, I never received the item and now they are refusing to refund me!! There is another Trustpilot review page for this company and I’m sure it’s full of fake reviews. I have opened a dispute with my bank and they will get my money back. Don’t make the same mistake I have. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

This company is full of liars and theifs. Because they lost my package, they didn’t put my house number on the package, they refuse to give me my money back!!! DO NOT BUY!! pretty sure a lot of these reviews are fake. I never received the product. They refuse to give my money back. But offer me 52% if I want to buy again!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! What a joke!! People. Avoid them please! I don’t want anyone else experiencing the same as I have
I have been told because the product has apparently been lost. I don’t get my money back!!! THIS IS THEFT!! how can a company work like this??? DO NOT BUY. AVOID!!!! I took this to my bank, who are looking into receiving the money from them. Because this is theft of my money for no goods received, they are investigating the company.
I’m not even sure most of these reviews are real! I never even received my item! Through their fault, they didn’t put my house number. So the item got automatically returned once it took 4 weeks to arrive to my local post office! Now they are trying to claim it was my fault. Although I have screenshots to prove I put my house number. And wanting to take 20% off for the delivery send it back. I didn’t send it back! They didn’t put my house number on the address!!! The customer service is an absolute joke. Have spoken to me like I am stupid, and I am at fault! I have taken up a dispute with my bank, because of their shoddy workmanship and lack of customer care. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
