I have been communicating with your company for over 6 weeks. We have provided all authorizations to get this completed with the borrower's permission. We are asking for an ASSIGNMENT of mortgage in order to do a CEMA. Every person I speaks to says that it will be ordered and I will be informed. I NEVER have heard from you on each occasion. Your customer service is not equipped to handle these requests and do not know how to forward the request to the proper party.
