Purchased the Lush 3 for my wife
Purchased the Lush 3 for my wife. We live long distance apart. The toy worked for about a week before it wanted to do firmware update. The toy will not complete the update without disconnecting from the bluetooth connection by itself. The update can’t be completed. Tried to contact company and could not find any customer support phone number. They only take contact thru email. Still no response or help. Poor customer support for a company who makes such a pricy product.
