Really frustrating experience with the backup/restore process...tried multiple times to restore my lost files (4+ times over as many days, as the restore function is extremely cumbersome and ultimately after several hours, locks up and doesn't respond. Multiple days/emails back and forth, then finally got a chat option. Not ideal hours (7pm Central US time and later). Several hours of agonizing chat where we almost left it with a "try the restore and call us again tomorrow if it doesn't work" when I asked "what else can I try in the meantime?" The response was shocking..."try double left-clicking on the restore files until you find your lost files". In the end it worked, but OMG, why didn't we start with that? 3 Hours of my life gone. Ultimately, happy that I have my files back but unhappy with the interface.
