Products not as described on website
My first mistake was not checking here for reviews! I ordered 3 items 1.A linen blend shirt which had no linen in it as described, 2.XL overalls that were far too small and 3.XL sweat pants that were far too big. I sent photos to explain that what I received was not as described and now they expect me to pay shipping due to their errors Or accept a refund. Here's the extract of their email: Alternatively, you can consider our non-return options: we can provide you with a 30% partial refund ($39) or a 50% gift card of AUD 65 to be used for future purchases on our website. Considering I spent $129.59 I believe this to be unfair and indeed a scam as Halarye make money either way and the customer is out of pocket. I'm currently progressing with paypal disputes on the matter. UPDATE - Australian buyers beware - return address is in the US and greatly exceeds purchase costs. They do not give you this information of course. This company knows the costs to return and scams you as a result. FYI Paypal can't help without you returning the goods even though they made the mistake in sizing\manufacturing. BEWARE !!
