Being efficient & having good product knowledge, they have always been able to advise me when I needed a product recommendation, and also updated me whenever the company had any new offers, relevant products which they thought would be useful for me. Even threw in free samples when I wanted to intro the product for a friend’s grandma. Annie and her team have always been super helpful, and the company has great products at a good price.
