I watched a short video that popped up on reels and felt comfortable enough to ask for more information. LuzClarita Trevino was my specialist and I have to say she is top-notch. After our initial call, she explained everything so that it all made sense and gave me time to do my due diligence. Luz answered every question I had and was extremely personable as well as professional.
