On April 20,2022 I had a Dahlia mattress and box spring delivered to my home in Reston VA. The mattress was fine, but the fabric on the bottom of the box spring was torn from the staples all along one side . One of the delivery men offered to have it repaired on premise including a discount on the merchandise. I declined the offer and instead called Avril(spelling?) at the Vienna store in VA and requested a brand new one to be sent to me the same day so that I’d have a bed for the night. Avril was very understanding and courteous and I received later in the day a new box spring that had been previously checked for damages. The two delivery men were very professional and polite and made the initial bad experience end pleasant and positive.
