I ordered a human hair headband wig from Jessie's selection a while ago and there was a shipping problem. I notified them via email and received a response of understanding and willingness to rectify the problem. Jessie's Selection resent my headband wig in a beautiful pink giftbox with a pink satin bow. My heart sank with joy. In addition, sent extra gifts inside. I felt cared for. The quality of the headband wig was exceptional. The density was of the best quality. I will always be a loyal customer to Jessie's Selection. They make things right! This should be their slogan. I so appreciate the customer care.
