Great, personal service
This is the second time I've used NHMH and I will continue to use them in the future. The service is always outstanding, there is never a long time to get through to them. Sarah the mortgage advisor was really patient and explained everything to me that I didn't understand and explained various options. She never gave up when we encountered some challenges from lenders (I never knew some lenders don't lend on a property that's been sold for the second time in 6 months). Marina from the progression team was always so help and called me every couple of days with an update. She was able to chase the lender up when they seemed to be dragging their feet. She was always on hand when I needed an update and most importantly she always got back to me even if it was just to say there was no update. Thank you so much!
