I originally left a review because the piece received, i feel wasnt as bright and colorful as shown on the website. I assumed maybe they hadnt selected color engraving or something. They reached out, and wanted to assure i was satisfied with my order. They sent me a replacement and it is PERFECT! Soo grateful!
When i ordered years ago the item was perfect. So i returned to order when i lost my pet. The proof and the displays online are not anywhere close to the actual item. I think maybe they forgot to do COLOR engraving or something because the picture is so light it barely shows. Disappointed! And since its personalized there are no exchanges or returns? Even though its not what i paid for.
