I just signed up last week as I'm now taking my trading journey serious and have no doubt TZ will help me learn and hone my craft faster. I realized I didn't apply the 20% promo code when I subscribed for the annual plan. I emailed billing and within 25 minutes I received a positive response AND the partial refund receipt was emailed to me, covering the 20% discount code amount.
