sofa does not feel like the store version, etc
My sofa was late. It was weeks overdue. The legs were wrong. The delivery went badly. a cushion was dropped in the street and it's permanently soiled. I paid extra for more cushioning. Yet it's hard as a rock. I complained to the store and was told it would "wear in". It hasn't. I couldn't be more disappointed.
