First of all, I got a quick response that was brief and simple. When I first signed onto alivemoment. It asked me to upload a photo which I did. I think that was March 24 because I was charged $27.46 and $13.77 on my credit card. I did not know there was a subscription required and I still don't know what I need to do to continue using your app. What options do you offer for using alivemoment? I won't be using it on a daily basis. There may be one or two months between use. I'm an 88 year-old man who fools with photography as a hobby.
