The HASSLE(S) of selling on the open market today, including the unknown waiting, for an interested buyer, were all essentially eliminated. I had, and I suggest, a realtor come in first with a market analysis of my house and the surrounding area so I knew in advance where my market price range was (based on good data, not just my own research). Opendoor came in a bit below that, but it within a range I was willing to accept to get out "instantly," as-is, and move on without the hassle of selling it myself or even with a traditional real estate agent.
