Good employees and bad employees.
Customer service are very good . But sometimes there are some bad customer service who don't guide the users/customer properly, making the customer frustrated when we the customer don't know what to do, they should try to guide the customer properly without giving the same scripted message over and over again , without saying if they had paid they should show payment proof but it was not the case for some customer services insted they try to make us more puzzled and fustrated by saying your payment has not been done without even guiding us on what we should do, they didn't even bothered to ask for payment proof. Moogold should give the option to user for changing customer service because there are lot of good customer service who help and guide us and we want those employees to guide us but we sometimes are stuck with those customer service/employees who Are not even bothered or don't even try to help customers queries.
