negotiating train travels
I'm in Europe trying to negotiate train travel. Great I can get tickets aboard a train. I'll get tickets tomorrow great. Five days later I'm told not available but for$100 more, they can book me. I checked online and I got my own tickets for same train. Maybe us$30 more. I did not want to be held hostage by rail ninja, which is how I felt. I requested a refund and got it. Thankful.
