Adesh did a great job!
Adesh did a great job helping me with my issue today. Unlike that one person that I spoke with prior to Adesh, he said his name is Wilson, he definitely doesn't like his job. He keeps on telling me that i did not send the documents for name change which I did 2 weeks ago, which for sure no one checked it out my messages which where I attached my documents. Meanwhile I am here waiting for nothing, without my debit card for 2 weeks. With Adesh, he took time to find out about the problem. Thoroughly, explained to me the process and the next thing I should expect after he solve the issue. Definitely a 5- star for Adesh. This world needs a staff like him! - Nanette
